SNACKS APPROPRIATE FOR BELLY BLOATING

Bloating is a condition where your belly feels full and tight, often due to gasThis is common, especially among older women and those who have had children. However, it can occur to anyone after eating food that is not too okay for your stomach.

Belly bloat can happen when excess gas builds up in the digestive system, or when too much water is retained by your body. 

Below are foods that can assist combat bloating

YOGURT

PEANUT BUTTER

If you experience bloating consistently after consuming peanut butter, however, it is likely due to either a food intolerance or a food allergy. Peanut butter has niacin, which is beneficial for the digestive process, and improved digestion means that the probability of bloating is reduced.

GARLIC

Garlic is highly recommended when it comes to body detoxification, and can stimulate the liver to help remove toxins and waste from the body. Waste that builds up in the body can make bloating more likely, and also have other negative effects on overall health.



SPINACH

Spinach can help banish bloat thanks to all the fiber in this leafy vegetable. Also Spinach has health benefits spinach, including boosting your immune system and helping to maintain healthy-looking skin.
