For the 2023 Cannes Film Festival, the stars are back on the croisette, and they're eager to add to the festival's long history of outstanding fashion.
A star of Cannes Elle Fanning opened it with a custom Alexander McQueen gown that parodied one of the standout designs from its Fall 2023 collection, softening the bodice of a beaded dress inspired by orchids with a blush skirt. Cindy Bruna wore a gray Act No. 1 suit with a black tulle accent falling from the jacket, while Naomi Campbell looked chic in a totally silver-sequined Celine by Hedi Slimane and white sunglasses. This only applied on the first night.
