- Wash twice daily and after sweating.
This is necessary because allowing sweat on your skin to dry can cause and make acne worse so it is best to always wash off especially if you sweat a lot.

- Always wear sunscreen.
When outdoor, use sunscreen and if you cannot get sunscreen, make sure your cream and lotion has sunscreen in it. This helps to prevent harsh rays from the sun.
- Avoid or Reduce Stress.
We know stress from work and family sometimes is unavoidable but you should try to maintain a mindset of possibility in every given situation. This way you won't be stressed out because stress affects our brains which transcend to the body and skin.
- Stay hydrated.
Hydrating your skin is increasing its water content on your skin or drinking it. Whenever your skin is dehydrated, it becomes dry, bizarre and dull. Hydrated skin is smooth, evenly toned and radiant.
- Avoid harsh products.
Harsh products especially alcohol based contents, exfoliants and toners mostly irritates the skin so it is best to avoid them. However, some skin do not get any irritation but it is better to test the products on a part of your skin to see its reaction before using it all over your skin.
- Do not use hot water.
Using very hot water on the skin either to bath, wash face or hands causes damage on the skin. Use lukewarm water at all times.
- Always eat healthy.
A healthy eating focuses on fruits, vegetables, whole grains and fat-free or low-fat milk and milk products. So stick with it.
